Do sinteze dolazi i sinteti\u0161e se u jetri, ali i u pankreasu i bubrezima. Kreatin se formira u telu od aminokiselina arginin, metionin i glicin i sadr\u017ei hemijsku energiju &#8211; ATP. Organizam prose\u010dne osobe proizvede dnevno oko 2 g kreatina.<\/p><p>Kreatin pospe\u0161uje obnovu ATP-a koji se koristi prilikom rada mi\u0161i\u0107a, te se njegovom suplementacijom ostvarujete i \u201eprodu\u017eeni rad\u201c tj. ve\u0107a snagu i bolja izdr\u017eljivost. Kreatin se unosi i putem ishrane i najvi\u0161e ga ima u crvenom mesu i ribi. Ka\u017eu da se od tog proizvoda ne \u0107elavi a svaki od njih bio je \u0107elav. <\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Da tu nema logike,m i posle kome verovati svojim o\u010dima ili njihovim ustima.
